Escrow Service Fees

What's the cost: The escrow fee is just 3.5% of the sale price. This fee is deducted from the seller's proceeds after the transaction is complete. For example a sale of $100 would have an escrow fee of just $3.50. A small price to pay for peace of mind. While other escrow services charge up to 5% of the sale price and shipping combined,  we charge only a percent of the sale price.
